The first service agreement introduced to motorcycle retailers was created by members of our executive team. They have been actively involved in the service contract business since its inception. It is this expertise in the powersports industry that has prompted a number of OEMs and dealers to retain us to develop their programs.

MMCS, Inc. is a family owned and operated business. Its founders F. Burke and Pat McCarthy owned a Honda Motorcycle franchise for 12 years before establishing their consulting business in 1975. As consultants, they provided valuable input to several motorcycle manufacturers and developed several private label service contract programs before creating Aftercare which has been available for more than 20 years.

Today MMCS, Inc. continues to consult with manufacturers in the powersports industry and Aftercare – their long standing and nationally recognized Mechanical Repair Agreement – remains the industry standard.
